I have never visited these lands but they are the lands from the origins in the IX or X centuries AD. C. from one of my Families. Another of my Families is the House of Arellano, both of Basque origin and I come from both Families that served as Squires in various Wars and in various important Posts at the service of various Spanish Kings. I am very proud to have these ancestral lines and to come from Vasconia Families!

Impossible to visit. Calling all morning and they don't pick up. When we get there, a very rude man tells us that we have to make an appointment and, when we tell him that we have been calling, he tells us that he is not going to be on the phone all the time. We ask him to see if we could see it quickly and he tells us that we cannot enter, as if it were his property, when the Provincial Council has already acquired it. Awful. Put someone else in charge of teaching everyone's heritage.

I couldn't visit it because no one was there (Saturday 1:00 p.m.). The building is very good, rehabilitated (new roof, facades...) in a green, beautiful environment. However, both the perimeter area of the house and the access bridge seemed neglected to me, with brambles, lots of leaves. Also the adjoining house where there seems to be a tourist office or similar gives the feeling of abandonment. I went because it constantly appears to me on social networks, that is, because they advertise it. For my taste, it needs a review in the surroundings.

A hotel to spend some wonderful days. Very tasteful rooms and each one is different. Exceptional treatment of the staff, they provide you with all kinds of information to be able to visit many interesting places. Food to lick your fingers. Located in the best place in Oña. You have to try it. We have been coming back for 7 years
