Absolutely beautiful castle, one of the best I've been to. Displays were amazing and really interesting information on the rooms and displys. Photos of the interior were not allowed as it is a private castle and people do actually live there which is understandable but disappointing ?. Overall very good visit and highly recommend ?.

Overpriced for what you get on the inside, which is basically just a display of narcissism. The experience was actually quite uncomfortable at times, especially in the room with 400 stuffed birds, which smells and is unethical, giving trophy hunting vibes with this and fishing photos plastered everywhere.
The maintenance and preservation of history is a pretty cool part of the experience, which I value and find interesting, especially the respect the family has for its ancestors. The guides inside were friendly, talkative and knowledgeable too and the some of the art was fantastic.
No photos allowed on the inside, which I understand but I think the price should be lower to reflect this. Wasn't great seeing the scaffolding at the front but understandable as places need maintained at some point!
20£ for indoor and castle grounds entry, which is not worth it, 8£ for castle grounds only which is much more worth it than the inside as the gardens was the best part. Beautiful gardens especially where the fruit and veg grow is
there is a cafe on site but we didn't use it as there was no vegan options, which isn't surprising given what I stated at the start of the review
spent almost 2 hours here

Very much a "showcase" castle with lots of rather expensive furniture, jewelry ect on display. More staff than tourists when we visited, which was surprising, given it was the height of the school holidays. The staff kept following us around, probably to ensure we didn't steal anything and to make sure we didn't take any photos! I did manage to take a few, sue me Floors Castle! Overall a bit overrated and certainly not worth the £20 per person to get in.

A truly magical place. There is so much to do, and to see. We loved the gardens. Planted with so much care and attention to detail. The castle itself is very impressive, worth going inside for a wee browse. Definitely worth visiting.

Incredible gardens and fabulous tea room.
The scone with cream and jam was devine.
Loved walking through the greenhouses and seeing the stunning and well kept plants.
Staff were friendly and the toilets were immaculate.
Best thing is that dogs are also allowed in the gardens. We had a beautiful walk and saw the stunning castle.
